Precision-Paragon [P2], a leading national energy-efficient lighting manufacturer, announced that Marty Kruse has joined the company as a regional sales manager.
“We are thrilled to be appointing Marty to this position,” said Joe Martin, [P2] vice president and general manager. “Our company has been experiencing rapid growth across the nation, and we are confident that Marty will help drive our business by cultivating new client relationships and making sure that our existing accounts are well taken care of.”
Kruse will oversee [P2]’s north central sales region, a territory of about 12 states that covers the great lakes region and beyond. He will be based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the lighting management industry. Kruse previously worked for Amtech Lighting Services, a subsidiary of ABM Industries, Inc., as sales manager in the Southern California region, where his responsibilities included sales force recruitment and training as well as managing lighting installation projects. Prior to Amtech, he worked for Electrical Sales Distribution, developing new clientele and growing sales. He also is the former pastor of The River Foursquare Church in Simi Valley, Calif.
“I am thrilled that I’ll be contributing to [P2]’s long history of excellence,” Kruse said. “[P2] prides itself on customer service and highly engineered tailor-made lighting solutions. This is an amazing opportunity for me to apply my interest in lighting applications and my passion for sales.”
Kruse is a Certified Lighting Management Consultant, a professional certification offered by the National Association of Lighting Management Companies (NALMCO). He is in the process of relocating from Southern California to the Twin Cities.
“Many of us have known Marty for years,” Martin said. “During that time, he has earned a reputation for excellence in the field of lighting management, and we are pleased that such an accomplished individual will be joining the [P2] family.”
